It is a palatable dandelion flavoured powder and is used to calm excess acid in all horses and weaned foals.
Acid Ease from Protexin contains magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate, along with kaolin, pectin and L-threonine which combined act to buffer excess acid and to sooth the lining of the gut. The probiotic Saccharomyces cerevisiae contains vitamins (including B6), amino acids and important minerals. High quality fibres, Pectin and Psyllium help make this a top quality product that along with S. cerevisiae promote the production of nutrients which support the gut lining.
